Entebbe, Uganda — The Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) is mourning the death of its Entebbe Media Coordinator, Justinian Ndyaguma, who died in a tragic road accident in Garuga, Entebbe.

According to Frank Mwesigye, Ndyaguma was knocked down by a Nissan motor vehicle, registration number UAU 713M, on Monday night. He died at the scene of the accident.

“It is with deep sorrow that I announce the untimely passing of the PLU Media Coordinator for Entebbe, Mr. Ndyaguma Justinian,” Mwesigye said in a statement shared on social media.

He described the deceased as one of the most dedicated and active members of PLU, noting that he served with unwavering commitment and worked tirelessly in support of both the Patriotic League of Uganda and the National Resistance Movement (NRM).

“His passion, loyalty, and selfless service to the cause will always be remembered. We have lost a hardworking cadre, a dependable colleague, and a true patriot,” Mwesigye added.

Details surrounding the circumstances of the crash were still limited by press time. Authorities are expected to investigate the incident.

Burial arrangements will be communicated at a later date, family and party officials said.

Ndyaguma’s death has sent shockwaves through PLU supporters and political colleagues in Entebbe, many of whom have taken to social media to pay tribute to his service and dedication.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
