NWOYA DISTRICT — Four people have been confirmed dead following a fatal road crash involving a Nile Star bus in northern Uganda, renewing concerns over the safety of long-distance passenger transport. According to Michael Kananura, the victims died on the spot after the bus was involved in the accident along a major highway in Nwoya District.
