Uganda’s music scene continues to thrive as artists release new tracks that resonate with fans across the country. From politically inspired singles to collaborations filled with star power, this week’s music chart highlights a range of styles and messages dominating both radio and digital platforms.

Ntoli – Sandra Naxx

Sandra Naxx delivers a soulful performance in “Ntoli,” a heartfelt song that explores themes of heartbreak and inner strength. The track has been praised for its lyrical vulnerability and impressive vocal delivery, earning it strong rotation on several FM stations.

Museveni – Jose Chameleone

Veteran artist Jose Chameleone returns with “Museveni,” a controversial track that blends political undertones with a catchy Afrobeat rhythm. The song has stirred debate while simultaneously climbing the charts, proving the artist’s continued relevance.

Nzalina – Feffe Bussi, Winnie Nwagi, Spice Diana, Dax Vibez, and Kapeke

“Nzalina” is a dynamic collaboration featuring five major Ugandan artists. With its fusion of hip-hop, dancehall, and Afro-pop, the song captures youthful energy and street pride. It has quickly become a party anthem and a fan favourite on streaming platforms.

Evumbe – Da Agent

Lugaflow artist Da Agent brings lyrical fire in “Evumbe,” a gritty street anthem that showcases his rapid delivery and punchy rhymes. The track’s raw sound and urban themes have connected well with younger audiences.

Bobi na Barbie – Tom Dee ft. Agatha

“Bobi na Barbie” is a love-inspired duet by Tom Dee and Agatha, drawing inspiration from Uganda’s iconic couple Bobi Wine and Barbie Kyagulanyi. The track blends admiration with political undertones, creating a mellow yet reflective tune gaining traction in the local music space.

These songs reflect the diversity and creativity of Uganda’s evolving music industry, where artists continue to push boundaries and explore both personal and national themes. With each release, the local music charts grow more competitive, making this one of the most exciting periods for Ugandan music in recent years.
