A violent confrontation involving the camps of Ugandan musicians Pallaso and King Saha has sparked fresh concern within Uganda’s entertainment industry following chaos at a nightlife venue in Kampala.

The incident reportedly occurred in Nakulabye during a music event attended by members associated with the two artists.

Witnesses said tensions initially began inside the venue before escalating outside, where a physical altercation allegedly broke out between members of the rival camps.

The confrontation reportedly intensified rapidly, with claims that sharp objects were used during the chaos before security personnel intervened to restore calm.

Several individuals were reportedly injured during the incident, although authorities had not officially confirmed the extent of the injuries by Thursday evening.

The clash adds to growing tensions between the two camps, whose relationship has reportedly deteriorated over disagreements within the music industry.

Over recent months, supporters and associates linked to the two artists have been involved in a series of public verbal exchanges and confrontations at entertainment events.

Following the incident, Pallaso issued a strongly worded statement on social media accusing King Saha’s camp of provoking the violence.

The singer claimed his team had been attacked first and warned that the situation should not be underestimated if tensions continued escalating.

The incident triggered widespread reactions from fans and entertainment industry stakeholders, many of whom called for restraint and peaceful dialogue between the rival camps.

By Thursday, police had not released an official statement confirming arrests or detailing the full circumstances surrounding the confrontation, though investigations were reportedly ongoing.
