Ugandan singer Lydia Jazmine has shared images of herself swimming in cash in the South Sudan capital, Juba.
Jazmine who touched down ahead of the Friday Independence Day fete (marked at home) is spending the weekend in the youngest state.
“Touchdown JUBA It’s Showtime This Weekend! Thank You @ugandairlines We Had A Great Flight,” she said after alighting from Uganda Airlines plane.
On Saturday, she took photos in her hotel room literally swimming in South Sudanese pounds and dollars.
“And Ovcos I Have To Do The Challenge As Usual lol 😂 This Is The Meaning Of 🇸🇸 Fan Love!”
She seemed to echo South Sudan tycoon Lawrence Malong Lual Yor who in 2019 posted a video of himself “drowning” in a pile of US dollars in Kampala.
“MASSIVE SHOW Last Night Outside Juba Town (Gumba), I Can Only Imagine How Tonight’s Show In Juba Town Is Gonna Be.”
She has two more gigs at De Space Lounge in Juba tonight and tomorrow.
