Lecturer blocks Entebbe road to propose to girlfriend

A man on Good Friday blocked Entebbe Road traffic and proposed to his girlfriend.

According to reports, the man in question is Sam Kaggwa, a lecturer at Uganda Christian University (UCU).

Kaggwa stopped cars from moving, went down on one knee and asked his girlfriend to marry him.

The excited lady gladly said ‘yes’.

Then their friends came out of hiding to capture the moment as they cheered.

Boda boda riders and passersby too found themselves taken in by the moment.
