Uganda Airlines long-serving pilot Karabarinde retires
One of Uganda’s longest-serving pilots, Charles Karabarinde, has retired with pride.
Karabarinde Tuesday said his last farewell to fellow pilots and work colleagues at Entebbe airport.

This was after his last touchdown at Entebbe from Mogadishu, ending a 40-year industrious career.
“Join us in wishing CAPTAIN CHARLES KARABARINDE a happy retirement!” the airlines said.

Tuesday marked the Captain’s last flight and retirement after a long and distinguished flying career spanning 40 years.
“Thanks Captain for the job well done. Best wishes!”

Karabarinde was also the President of the Uganda Professional Pilots’ Association (UPPA).
