Kampala, Uganda — Ugandan rapper Da Agent has released his latest single, Daddy Daddy, marking another addition to his growing catalogue of Lugaflow music.

The song was premiered live on NBS After 5 on July 28, 2026, before its official release on digital platforms. The track highlights Da Agent’s signature Lugaflow Lufulaa style, known for its fast-paced lyrical delivery and fusion of Luganda rap with cultural influences.

Among the lyrics featured in the song are the lines: “When she says ‘Daddy, daddy’… We like the way you call me daddy, daddy,” and “We love the way she call me daddy, daddy.”

Da Agent, whose real name is Ivan Wabwire, is regarded as one of Uganda’s fastest rappers. He gained national attention between 2015 and 2016 with songs such as Akadodi and Nturika, where he introduced his distinctive Lugaflow Lufulaa sound — a style that blends rapid Luganda flows with elements inspired by Kadodi rhythms from his Gishu cultural background.

Over the years, the rapper has received recognition through various music awards and nominations, including appearances in categories at the Zzina Awards, HiPipo Awards, and Buzz Awards.

His other popular releases include Nkalabuka, Tewepima Nange, Njukunju (Remix), and Baliwa. Performing under the Tokopa Force banner, Da Agent has held performances in Uganda and across the region, including shows in Kenya and Rwanda. He has also received recognition from the Kabaka of Buganda.

The official music video for Daddy Daddy has been released on Da Agent’s YouTube channel, DA AGENT OFFICIAL, following promotional teasers shared on social media in July.

The new release adds to Da Agent’s continued efforts to promote Luganda rap and Uganda’s growing urban music scene.
