Magistrate Sarah Namusobya, however, said the sureties looked responsible hence releasing Nakayenga on Shs6m cash bail.

Her sureties were bonded Shs100m each.

Nakayenga was also asked to hand over a land title for her home located in Kyaliwajjala.

Prosecution states that in 2018 while at the President’s Office at Embassy House in Kampala, Nakayenga aided James Batenda to get a land title 7 acres of land in Nakonge, Busiro, Wakiso.
