Uganda gets drugs worth Shs922m from India

In support of the COVID-19 response, India has donated an assortment of drugs worth USD 248,000.

This was received by Primary Health Care State minister Moriku Joyce.

The medicines will be stocked at the various Government health facilities in the country to boost management of COVID-19 and other diseases.

The assortment of drugs worth UGX. 922,000,000M from the government of India will boost the management of covid-19.

The boost comes at a time when community infections are on the rise which calls for a new management strategy.
