A UPDF soldier has shot and killed two LDU personnel, one civilian and one Special Police Constable in Wakiso district.
Army spokesperson Brig Gen Flavia Byekwaso said the incident happened Monday morning at Ganda in Nansana Municipality.
She identified the shooter as L/CPL Dennis Omara.
The culprit was also shot dead by his colleagues.
They army has commenced investigations into the shooting by a commander of his juniors.
