Security once again blocked “Renewed Uganda” independent candidate Lt Gen Henry Tumukunde from holding a rally.
“Again we were denied access to our venue as scheduled to address our supporters at Kagadi town,” Tumukunde said on Sunday.
The place was surrounded by all names of security all armed to death.
“Nevertheless, we managed to addressed people as we went along.”
Tumukunde said he hopes the Independent electoral commission will exercise its independence and that it is taking note of all this.
The former security minister has missed out on several rallies as police continues to disrupt his campaign trail.
