National Unity Platform (NUP) presidential candidate has entered Arua city.
Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine braved heavy rain on Tuesday to enter the heart of West Nile.

“Not even a heavy downpour can stop a people determined!” he said.
Early in the morning, he launched his nationwide campaigns in Pakwach town.

He then proceeded to Nebbi town with a massive procession.
Arua town is where Bobi Wine’s great struggle with President Museveni’s government started.

A few years ago, his driver Yasin Kawuma was killed here while Bobi himself was brutally arrested and tortured by the military.
He was even framed for illegal possession of firearms, a charge that was never proved.
