Katwe Police Station summoned Mark Bugembe aka Buchaman who responded with his team including his wife Nangajja Claire Selina [Mama Ghetto], Asaba Isma aka Commander Kaka and Kabanda Abdu aka Chief of Security.
They admitted that on Monday September 28, 2020, they beat up Rocky Giant because he had on Saturday September 26 threatened to kill Buchaman’s children.
Though he was chased away on Saturday, he still went back to the said Kizungu home in Makindye division on Monday.
Police spokesperson CP Fred Enanga says Buchaman never reported the threats to police hence there is no evidence to prove this allegation.
During the process of interviewing suspects, Robert Auma came to the station alleging that he is rocky giant’s brother and that the rapper had gone missing.
Katwe police station then traced and got Rocky Giant at a friend’s place at Kulekana along Salama Road (friend is called Emma).
He was brought to the station but declined to make a statement claiming that he never invited police to intervene in his Rastafarian issues.
He also refused to be examined on Police Form [PF] 3 to ascertain injuries on his body.
He appeared disoriented and highly likely to be under some of intoxication of drugs, Enanga explained.
“Our officers have given him the opportunity to regain his normal state of consciousness so we can re-interrogate him.”
Buchaman and his colleagues were released on police bond because the prime victim has not yet made a statement.
