A total of 150 samples have tested NEGATIVE for COVID-19, today.
The total number of COVID-19 confirmed cases stands at 52 in Uganda and all are in stable condition at Entebbe Grade B, Mulago, Adjumani and Hoima hospitals.

Nytil Factory donated UGX 100M, 1,000 bed sheets & 10,000 locally produced face masks today to support the COVID-19 response.
Receiving the donation, PS Diana Atwine said “the bed sheets will be distributed to quarantine centers, face masks to health workers and donation for supplies.”
The Director General Health Services, Dr Henry Mwebesa, also received 30,000 face masks from Jumia through Ron Kawamara.
The face masks will be distributed to the health workers at the various health facilities at border points across the country.
Jumia continues to support the COVID-19 response in Uganda by providing logistics (delivery trucks) for essential medical supplies and other items across the country.
Diana also received a truck of 100 cartons of soap, 100 cartons of multi-purpose flour and 50 boxes of Pembe oil from Pembe Group/Bajaber Industries Ltd.
This will be used for health workers who are at the forefront of the COVID-19 response.
“Thank you Arab Contractors for the donation of UGX 75M,” she said.
“This donation will go a long way in supporting the COVID-19 response and we shall account for every fund used.”
Fresh Cuts Ltd donated 10 tonnes of posho to support families hard hit by the lockdown.
The areas of distribution are: Seguku, Kajjansi and Lweza, Zana and Namasuba, Bunamwaya and Ndeeba, Nakulabye and Kasubi.
