Today, Friday February 14, 2020, the Uganda delegation led by Hon. Sam Kutesa, Minister of Foreign Affairs is in Kigali, Rwanda for the third meeting of the Ad-Hoc Commission of the Luanda Memorandum Of Understanding between Uganda and Rwanda.
The Ad Hoc Commission on the implementation of the Luanda Memorandum of Understanding between Rwanda and Uganda is meeting for the third time at Rwanda Foreign Affairs Headquarters in Kigali.
The Ugandan delegation includes; Hon Col. Paddy Ankunda, Hon. Gen. JeJe Odongo Abu, Minister of Internal Affairs and Hon. William Byaruhanga, the Attorney General of the Republic of Uganda.
Also present are: Hon. Gilbert Kankonde Malamba, Deputy PM, Minister of Interior, Security and Customary Affairs of DRC and Hon. Manuel Domingos Augusto, Minister of External Relations of Angola
Rwanda’s delegation in today’s meeting led by Foreign Minister of State Hon. Olivier Nduhungirehe.
The Ad Hoc Commission of Ministers will lay ground for the 4th Quadripartite which will take place on February 21.
