The Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga has commended the contractors of the construction and upgrading of Kasolwe livestock farm in Kamuli district.

“Now I can see there is some life; some time back you could come here and it was just a bush,” said Kadaga.

Kadaga added that while trying to lobby for funds and market the proposal, she did not expect that Kasolwe would become a model livestock farm at international standards.

The Speaker thanked all stakeholders who provided the money for the  project that will change the lives of the people in the area. Last year, the livestock interventions for Busoga region were launched by the the Speaker.
