President Museveni has Saturday announced a new cabinet with minor changes.
He kept most of the old ministers and named a few new ones.
Among the new ministers is Hon Rafael Magyezi who has been appointed minister of Local Government.
Magyezi, the Igara West legislator, is infamous for the age limit bill that gave Museveni life presidency.
The president also appointed former police spokeswoman Hon Judith Nabakooba as the new minister of Information ICT & Communications.
Nabakooba Nalule Judith she became the Mityana district Woman MP in 2016.
Currently, she chairs the Uganda parliamentary committee on defense and internal affairs.
She is the current woman MP of Mityana district.
Museveni also appointed his former political aide Molly Kamukama as the new minister of State for Economic Monitoring.
Molly Naawe Kamukama is a civil servant, and a former political assistant to the chairman of Uganda’s ruling party, National Resistance Movement.
She has been working in the President of Uganda’s Office as the Principal Private Secretary [PPS] to Yoweri Museveni.
