Uganda Police Force is mourning the passing of ASP Daniel Mugisha who passed on Sunday December 1, 2019.
He died at the rank of Assistant Superintendent.
Daniel Mugisha was born on 28th August 1985 to the late Rwakiseta Charles a man that served Uganda Police Force wholeheartedly and convinced his son to join it.
Daniel attended Kitunga boarding primary School and Kitunga High School Muntuyera for O’Level.
He then joined East High School for his Advanced level and joined Makerere University where he did a Degree in Information and Technology (IT).
A soft spoken man, loving and always proud of his family roots of Kichwamba Mabanga Kebisoni, Daniel surely fitted in his Dad’s footsteps of bringing everyone together in the family.
He was an a strong supporter of Rugby in Uganda a game he even donated to his resources.
He was an easy man by all measures, principled and generous.
His siblings include; Vivian, Bahati, Oscar and Mariam.
He is also known for a song titled “Till we meet again”.
He joined Uganda Police in 2010 and served Uganda police in different capacities including being OC for Mukono Katosi, Nagalama, Kisasi and joined Police Standards Unit (PSU) where he has been working at the time of his death.
