Museveni passes out 321 battle tank crews

President Museveni who is the Commander-in-Chief of Uganda’s armed forces has Friday presided over the passing out of 321 tank crews.

According to presidential press secretary, Nabusayi L. Wamboka, those passed out have completed the Amour Basic Crews Course.

The course comprises of tanks and motorised infantry fighting vehicles, mambas and Buffalos (Nyoka).

The pass out ceremony took place at the Armoured Warfare Training School in Karama, Mubende district.

“I want to congratulate you for completing this course and for doing it well,I was watching the accuracy of different guns,” Museveni said.

Over 300 Tank crews who are from all UPDF units graduated in Amour Basic Crews one year Course.
