Foreign Affairs minister Hon. Sam K. Kutesa has led Uganda’s Delegation in the first Meeting as per the Joint Ad-hoc Commission set up to implement the MoU signed by Presidents Kaguta Museveni and Paul Kagame last month in Angolan capital Luanda.
The MoU was to normalise relations between both countries.
The Rwandan delegation is led by Amb. Olivier Nduhungirehe, Minister of State Rwanda and also attended by Hon. Manuel Domingos AUGUSTO, the Minister of External Relations of Angola and Hon. Gilbert Kankonde MALAMBA, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior of DRC.
Amb. Nduhungirehe said today, the first meeting of the Ad Hoc Commission on the implementation will be held in Kigali.
The opening ceremony will be attended by the Minister of External Relations of Angola and the Deputy PM/Minister of Interior of DRC.
