Sudhir Ruparelia, a wealthy Ugandan businessman, is a shareholder in each of the companies in the Group.
Crane Management Services [CMS], the property management arm of the Ruparelia group and Meera Investments Ltd, the company’s development and investment arm, are in final stages of unveiling yet another magnificent structure in the central business district.
The group’s new 12-storey building is located along Plot 12 Market Street this August 2019.
Located on Plot 11 Market Street at the confluence of Market Street and Kiyembe Lane, Electrical Plaza is made up of 220 shops, 56 apartments and 2 floors of parking.
It is one of the latest and newly built structures.
All bookings during this phase are entitled to 2 months of free rent.
