An Indian investor in Uganda allegedly signed an agreement to hire a prostitute for a full year promising to pay her Shs57m.
“I Mr Sachin Kalkarne will pay UGX4, 810,000(USD1300) to Angel Muyoni Dide effective from April 1, 2019 to March 2020 towards her salary per month,” reads part of the contract.
Sachin is the country director for Zydus Cadila AP, a global drug manufacturing company that is based in India, according to a local website, The Investigator.
According to the sex contract dated April 23, 2019, the Rwandan girl Muyoni would be visiting Sachin on a daily basis for a sex marathon.
Sachin was willing to pay up to Shs57,720,000/- for a full year of non-stop sex.
“She will act as my wife and treat me like a husband and I will respect her as a wife. She will travel with me on my upcountry tours or even outside Uganda,” further reads the contract.
According to the document, the contract would be cancelled upon cheating by either party or Sachin is leaving Uganda or dying.
“In case of my death before March 2020, this liability will not be passed to my relatives, friends or organization,” he writes.
Instead of paying as agreed, Sachin rushed and filed a complaint at Kira Police Station, accusing Muyoni of threatening him.
Muyoni told Investigator Sachin was “seeking to escape from his liabilities under the agreement”.
