Popular Nigerian Pastor Enoch Adeboye and his wife Foluke Adenike Adeboye have Tuesday arrived into the country.
Adeboye touched down at Entebbe airport this afternoon ahead of Friday’s mega worship night at Kololo airstrip. Pastor Adeboye will host a leadership conference this Thursday.
At Entebbe, he was received by the first daughter Natasha Museveni and held to a reception by First Lady Janet Museveni.
“Thank you @janetmuseveni (First Lady of Uganda) for the warm reception. Uganda will rise and shine bright in the name of Jesus,” he tweeted.
He added: “Its time for the Fresh Fire of Revival to fall in Uganda. From the 11th to the the 16th Day of June, all Roads leads to the Kololo Airstrip in Uganda. Don’t miss it.”
Pastor Adeboye, who is the General overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Worldwide, will also meet President Yoweri K. Museveni during his 6-day visit.
Janet, according to Christian News, endorsed Adeboye’s gospel gathering in the country, describing him as “an Elijah of our times.”
Pastor Adeboye will on 13th June speak to Bishops, Apostles, Pastors and Evangelists, marketplace leaders among other people in ministry, before addressing the nation at Kololo ceremonial grounds on 14th June under the theme ‘greater glory’ at 4pm.
On Saturday 15th at 8:00am; Pastor E.A. Adeboye’s wife will speak to women leaders, pastors’ wives at the feast of Esther.
All these meetings will take place at Kololo ceremonial grounds at no entrance fee.
