Kezzi Entertainment has announced that reigning Miss World Vanessa Ponce de Leon will be coming to Uganda on a six-day visit.
In January, Miss Africa and Miss Uganda, Quiin Abenakyo, said she would travel to Mexico to visit Miss World Vanessa Ponce de Leon in March and then Miss World would in turn visit Uganda.
On Tuesday, Kezzi entertainment, the partners of Miss Uganda Foundation announced Vanessa together with the Miss World team headed by CEO Julia Evelyn Morley will be jetting into the country for a six-day visit.
The visit will include, a State visit, the Pearl of Africa tour, engagement in “Beauty with a Purpose” projects and conclude at the crowning finale of Miss Uganda 2019.
“Uganda is one of the countries in the world listed among the friendliest places to visit, so we look forward to welcoming the Miss World queen and the team,” said Kezzi Entertainment boss, Kevin Zziwa.
According to Zziwa, this year’s Miss Uganda World will be crowned by Miss World herself.
“We have broken the glass ceiling,” Zziwa added.
The search is on for the next Miss Uganda. And the Grand Finale is on 26th July.
