On Friday, together with fellow leaders, Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine paid a visit to the residents of Lusanja.
Their houses were demolished last year.
He delivered more building materials and financial support to help them rebuild their homes.
Lusanja residents are reconstructing their houses which were demolished by businessman Medard Kiconco.
The residents received 100 iron sheets from MP Ibrahim Kasozi from Makindye, and Shs1million from Mityana Municipality MP Francis Zaake.
MP Latif Ssebagala promised the residents 30 bags of cement while Bobi Wine promised to mobilise more members of parliament to contribute to the cause.
Bobi Wine said that he is committed to work with the opposition ahead of the 2021 presidential election.
He said they cannot wait for government promises to come to pass.

He is still committed to run against President Museveni in 2021 elections.
Bobi Wine later combed through Kyadondo East Constituency- Namavundu Parish and had an impromptu inspection of the ongoing road works in the Constituency.
“Indeed the work is going on swiftly,” he said.
