Ugandans have started voting for their representative Quiin Abenakyo who just secured a place in the top 30 for Miss World 2018.
While this was a monumental moment for Uganda, there is a belief that Abenakyo can even bring him the world crown.
“I believe they all have dreams and goals to achieve,” she personally expressed her confidence.
Miss World 2018 will be the 68th edition of the Miss World pageant which will take place in Sanya, China on 8 December 2018.

Manushi Chhillar of India will crown her successor at the end of the event. Out of the 118 contestants from all over the world, only 30 are remaining in the competition.
Uganda’s Abenakyo seems to be doing well with 0.1%. In the lead is Mongolia’s Enkhriimaa with 16.7%.
Senior Presidential Press Secretary, Don Wanyama, is among those who have already voted for Abenakyo.
“I have voted for Uganda’s Quiin Abenakyo for the Miss World 2018 title, have you? Please do, voting ends December 8th. Let’s overtake this French girl…,” Don tweeted.
