The General Court Martial sitting in Makindye has once more denied bail to former Boda Boda 2010 leader Abdallah Kitatta.
This is the second time the army court is denying Kitatta bail for fear that he will interfere with the witnesses.
Kitatta returned to court on Tuesday saying he was sick and wanted medical attention.
He also cited the right to bail and that the offence is bail-able.
Court chair Lt Gen Andrew Gutti instead sent Kitatta back to Makindye Military barracks saying with his influence; he could intimidate witnesses against him.
Gutti ordered that Kitatta be treated from prison until he returns to court on November 13.
Kitatta and John Ssebandeke, a crime preventer from Nabweru in Wakiso District, are accused of unlawful possession of firearms.
Other suspects include members of Boda Boda 2010 Association; Joel Kibirige, Matia Ssenfuka, Hassan Ssebata, Jonathan Kayondo, Hassan Ssengoba, Sunday Ssemogerere, Hussein Mugema, Fred Bwanika, Amon Twinomujuni, Sowali Ngoobi and Ibrahim Sekajja.
