The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Martins Okoth-Ochola has cleared Kyadondo singing MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine’s Kyarenga concert.
This is contained in a letter by the head of Police Operations Directorate, Asuman Mugyenyi who was responding to Bobi Wine’s letter requesting for security at the music show slated for November 10, 2018 at One Love beach in Busaabala.
Mugyenyi has ordered the Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander, Moses Kafeero, to provide security for Bobi Wine’s show.
“Reference is made to the above subject matter in relation to the request made by the Firebase Entertainment to hold the Kyarenga Album launch. Liaise with the organizers and appropriately provide the required services,” Mugyenyi directed.
Bobi Wine will be joined by other musicians including; Nubian Lee, King Saha, Jennifer full figure and Zex.
Revellers will pay Shs10, 000 each and party all night long.
At the Kyarenga concert, everyone is a VIP, Bobi told press earlier.
