Security forces have arrested more journalists and blocked others from accessing Entebbe airport ahead of Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine’s arrival.
NTV journalist Joel Ssenyonyi was cornered by four unidentified men.
He was driven to Kitooro in Entebbe and is now detained at Entebbe Police station.
KTV journalist Siraje Kiberu and former Makerere Guild President Roy Ssemboga were all arrested in Entebbe early this morning.
They are being held at Entebbe police station alongside Bobi Wine’s elder brother Eddie Yawe who was reportedly found with red T-shirts.
Some hours later, Catholic Radio, Sapientia news reporter Charles Katabalwa was also grabbed and detained at Aviation police station, Entebbe.
Bobi Wine’s associates have been arrested and detained at Entebbe Police Station.
These include fellow musician and long-time friend Nubian Li and his producer Dan Magic, among others.
