As the search for the votes continues in Arua municipality, Deputy Secretary General Hon. Richard Todwong says his team will even penetrate the camps of other candidates to lure individual support towards NRM.
The NRM Deputy SG however adds that there should be discipline in executing the mission that must be non-confrontational.
He further reveals that his one week stay here has yielded results with several opposition voters already set to officially cross to NRM.
Hon. Todwong, Hon Sam Engola and State Minister for internal Affairs Hon Obiga Kania have intensified the exercise in their door to door vote hunting.
They are also holding mini rallies in every cell.
The meetings are also attended and addressed by CEC Member Hon Huda Oleru, Hon Angudru Moses (Terego West) and Hon Alioni Odria (Aringa West) among others.
Lumumba in Kasese
At exactly 01:30pm, Rt. Hon Justine Kasule Lumumba arrived at Kinyamaseke Primary School playground in Kasese District and was received by several dignitaries who included State Minister for Agriculture Hon Christopher Kibazanga and Senior Presidential Advisor Christine Muhindo.
Other dignitaries present included RDC Major James Mwesige, his Deputy Aminadab Muyindo, acting District NRM Chairperson Police Busingye Fred and Col Mawa Muhindo the OWC regional coordinator for Rwenzori.
Over 400 newly elected LCI and LCIII chairpersons gathered at the venue to meet Lumumba.
From here, the SG will travel to Kasese District Multipurpose Hall where she will hold a special meeting with party leaders.
