“This year there were over 300 applications towards the Young Achievers Awards of which we got 45 finalists,” said Team Leader Humphrey Nabimanya.

He said the judging process at every level was totally transparent and entailed to set of expert judges in their respective fields.

Young Achievers awarding Gala Night is set for 18th August 2018 at Kampala Sheraton Hotel.

Celebrating youth contributing to the positive development of Uganda empowers, gives guidance and support to the youth whose efforts are rarely recognized in other aspects, Nabimanya noted.
