Security agencies have released pictures of the two men suspected to have masterminded the kidnap and murder of Susan Magara.
Deputy police spokesperson, Patrick Onyango, identified one of the suspects as Yakub Byensi, a resident of Kibuye II, Lwanga Village, Makindye Division.
The other is Abduhakim Lugolobi, a resident of Mulama Kitebere Village, Katikamu in Luweero District.
He said Byensi, a regular at Kings Way and Usafi mosque, mostly travels using boda bodas.
These two survived when police and the army raided Usafi mosque and arrested 36 suspects.
These suspects, according to Onyango, planned and executed Magara murder.
Susan was kidnapped on February 7, killed and dumped at Entebbe Expressway in Kigo, Wakiso District.
Speaking at the joint press conference, deputy army and defence spokesperson, Lt Col Deo Akiiki, said the suspects face charges of terrorism and other offences, including of ransom, murder, defilement, human trafficking, kidnap and sexual violence.
