The head coach of the Uganda National women team Faridah Bulega has released 30 names of players started training on Tuesday morning at Namboole stadium (Outer pitch) for the 2018 Africa Women Cup of Nations qualifier against Kenya later early next month.
Both countries will face off on 4th April for the 1st leg in Machakos and 8th April return leg at the StarTimes Stadium in Lugogo.
The squad has players featuring in the FUFA Women Elite League. Bulega will be assisted by Edward Kaziba.
While Magala James is the goalkeeping coach, Paul Ssali is the team Coordinator.
Aloy Byamukama is the media officer while Nalwadda Prossy is the kits Manager.
The 2018 tournament will be held in Ghana from November 17 to December 1st.
The tournament will also double as the qualifiers to the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup where the top three teams qualify.
