Kampala moneybags Brian Kirumira aka Bryan White has given hospitalised Goodlyfe singer Mowzey Radio Shs25m in cash to cater for his hospital bills.
Bryan also gave the General Manager of Case clinic Shs5m cash thanking him for taking care of the musician.
“I saw progress in Radio’s life meaning the Hospital is also doing a good job,” Bryan said.
By Wednesday, Radio’s hospital bill had risen to Shs18m prompting well-wishers to suggest a car wash.
Case Clinic General Manager Isa Bulamu, told Daily Monitor Radio is out of danger and is recovering.
Radio’s singing partner Douglas Mayanja alias Weasel says that he was not with Radio when the incident happened but he was with him before he went to Entebbe.
According to Weasel, they were having evening tea before Radio told him he was going to Entebbe to inspect his building.
Radio sustained head injuries after one of the bouncers at De Bar beat him up and pushed him to a concrete floor.
He was first rushed to Nsambya Hospital and later Case Clinic on Buganda Road, Kampala where he is undergoing treatment.
