Rwandan goes missing in Toronto Canada

Missing man Aimable Mugara, 36

The Rwandese Community in Toronto Canada is in shock after one of their own disappeared mysteriously—without a trace.

Toronto Police Service put up a notice identifying the missing man as Aimable Mugara, 36.

“The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing man,” the notice read.

Aimable Mugara, 36, was last seen on Sunday, September 10, 2017, at 6 a.m., in the Woodbine Avenue and Queen Street East area.

He is described as 5’9”, dark short hair, thin build. No clothing description is available.

Constable Craig Brister, Corporate Communications, for Detective Constable Vijay Sidhu, 33 Division, said police are concerned for his safety.

“Should members of the public observe this man, they’re asked to contact 9-1-1 immediately.”
