Rwanda President Paul Kagame has appointed more officials to key government departments weeks after swearing in his cabinet and state ministers.
Based on the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda of 2003 which was revised in 2015, especially in Article 112 thereof, on 02 September 2017, the President of the Republic appointed the following as follows:
Mrs. Fatina Mukarubibi is appointed Secretary of Jehovah in the Ministry of Environment.
Mr Major Regis Gatarayiha is appointed Secretary of Jehovah in the Ministry of Technology and Communications.
Mr Emmanuel Nibishaka is appointed Secretary-General in the National Commission for Human Rights.
Mr. Aime Muzola is the Director General of Water Management, Sanitation and WASAC.
This was done at Kigali, 2 September 2017, in the name of the President of the Republic, Paul Kagame, according to the announcement from the Office of the Prime Minister, Dr. Edouard Ngirente.
