Nine people were badly injured on Monday morning after a Kampala bound Link bus flipped off the road and rolled over several times.
The accident, according to the head of traffic police in Bundibugyo, David Habarurema, occurred at Chabhi village in Bundibugyo Town Council.
The driver of the bus Reg. No. UAQ 240 was enroute to Kampala is said to have lost control of it as he was over speeding.
Those wounded were admitted at Nyahuka and Busaru health centres.
Habarurema identified some of the injured as; Abubakari Muwonge, Flavia Asabazia and Sylvia Gumikiriza, among others.
On Sunday, three people were knocked dead by speeding trucks in separate accidents in Buikwe District on the Kampala –Jinja Highway.
On the same day, a commuter taxi heading to Kampala from Masaka collided with a Toyota Premio leaving eight people dead and others injured.
