Police has charged Red Pepper editor, Ben Byarabaha, for writing unsolicited stories on police chief Kale Kayihura and later released him on police bond.
Byarabaha appeared at CID headquarters in Kibuli on Tuesday to respond to summons dated June 15 on accusations of “disturbing the peace, quiet and privacy of Kayihura”.
